I booked my stay at Legoland hotel on 5/7 as a gift to my 5 year old grandson before before he relocates to Missourri.Recieved an email yesterday and someone changed my reservation to a totally different date.

When I called Renee, to complain, she was the one who took the call the day before and told me the original dates I had was booked and insisted she spoke with me which is incorrect. I than spoke to the Manager Katie who told me she was going to look into it. Its been 2.5 hours and no call back.

What makes it more worse, is that our trip to California from Hawaii is only 2 weeks away.If it wasnt for my grandson, I would just demand a full refund but he even chose the room at the time of the reservation and is counting down the days!!
